ABOUT THE WINERY:
The Hugel production is characterized by a cultivation without fertilizers, a minimum yield for the vines and a manual harvest to choose only the best bunches. After vinification, aging takes place in the cellars of the historic Hugel building dating back to the 15th century, which houses oak barrels so old as to hold international records. This is how labels of unchanged quality are born, a worthy representation of the authentic nature of the region and of a dedication handed down through the centuries. The sip of the fruits of the Hugel family is a revelation, the discovery of an ancient and at the same time extremely contemporary character.
