ABOUT THE WINERY:

The Chateau Simone estate has been happening in Provence and has been leaving its mark for 7 generations. With its 23 hectares of vineyards, started in the construction of the caves in the seventeenth century by the usual Monks, this splendid “Castle” surrounded by woods belongs to the Rougier family.
The vineyards are a heritage for all of France, as some of these over a hundred years old were replanted after the phylloxera massacre. The plants are all set up as a classic sapling, with two buds to have a very limited yield. The soils are calcareous, with traces of clay, covered with stones and fossils of all types and sizes.
