ABOUT THE WINERY:

Etyssa was born in Trento, from the dream of 4 friends and schoolmates, linked by a common passion for good drinking and classic method sparkling wines. In 2009 they began to produce the grapes to make wine with care and dedication, experimenting in the field with the notions learned at the university. The project immediately revealed itself to be full of potential and together they decided to develop it with the 2012 harvest, bottling the first bottles, presented in 2016 after 36 months of refinement, with the name of Cuvée n°1. Federico, Giovanni, Malcom and Stefano, from day one try to express the territory and in particular the vintage in their wine, guaranteeing a unique classic method sparkling wine, vintage and produced in the heart of the Trento DOC area.
